Kung Pao Chickens (Gypsy Jazz) at Laurelthirst Public House 2958 NE Glisan St Portland, OR Live music played 7:00-10:00 The band is a quartet. The room has a nice staging area for the band and they've recently enhanced the sound system in the room. The dance floor is shaped like the number "8" it has two parts that are about 8 feet by 8 feet joined by a narrow strip. This event was started about 8 years ago by a band that consisted of Pete Krebs, Jason Okamoto, Jon Neufeld, and Tim Renner. As the years have gone by, the members have changed to Jon Neufeld, Tim Acott, Tracy Kim, and Gary Gunther. |
